Importing Samples to Cropster
You can import your samples one by one or in bulk.
By following the steps below, you can import your samples in bulk:

Review the scanned coffees within SLIC before importing them.
- You can add a private note to each coffee by clicking Add note.
- Click View details to see a detailed overview.
- If you scanned a label by mistake, remove it.
- Select the samples to import by checking their boxes or check the top box to select all.
- Click Import.
- You can choose to import the information to your Cropster account or download it as a spreadsheet. If logged into your Cropster account, SLIC will direct you there; otherwise, you'll need to log in.

Once logged into Cropster, you will be directed to the Samples bulk importer to manually add more information before clicking the Import samples button.
Scanning the labels

SLIC has a built-in QR-code scanner.
By following the steps below, you can scan the labels:
- Open slic.cropster.com and allow SLIC to use your device's camera.
- Arrange your samples with labels facing upward and enough space between them for unobstructed QR code scanning.
- After granting SLIC camera access, you can scan labels directly within the app.
- Position your device over the QR code to transfer the information to SLIC.
- Exit the scanner app to view a summary of your scanned samples.
Congratulations! You are now ready to import sample information to Cropster using SLIC.
