Overview

Maintaining clean and up-to-date data is essential for accurate Net requirement calculation. This article explains how to bulk-select and archive your old Orders and Packaging plans.

Instructions

Bulk-selecting and archiving your Orders and Packaging plans help you to optimize your data and also ensure that the system calculates the Net requirement value accurately.

Bulk-selecting and archiving old Orders

Before you begin, verify the status of your orders. Note that the system cannot archive an order if it is currently linked to an active order fulfillment.

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Commerce > Orders.
  3. Select the checkboxes next to the OR tags for the orders you want to archive.
  4. Click the Archive icon (located to the right of the Fulfill button).

Archiving linked Order fulfillments

  1. Navigate to Commerce > Order fulfillment.
  2. Click the Archive button on the right side of the specific Order fulfillment. The item archives immediately.
  3. Repeat this process for any additional Order fulfillments.

Bulk-selecting and archiving old Packaging plans

  1. Navigate to Roasted Inventory > Packaging Plans.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the PPL tags you want to archive.
  3. Click the Archive icon (located to the right of the Execute plan(s) button).
