How to archive Orders

Overview
This article explains how to archive orders within the online platform C-sar to maintain a clean and organised workplace. Archiving allows production managers to remove completed or outdated orders from the primary view without permanently deleting historical data.
Instructions
Archiving orders
You can archive orders with the following statuses:
- Open
- Scheduled
- Roasted
- Completed

Shipped
⚠️ Orders with an “In progress” status cannot be archived.
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce > Orders.

(Optional) Click the
Filter icon in the upper-right corner and filter by Fulfillment status to locate specific orders. 
- Click the
Archive button next to the specific ID-Tag. This will remove the order from your Orders overview page.
Bulk-archiving orders
- Select the checkboxes for all orders you wish to archive.

Click the
Archive icon (located next to the Fulfill button) at the top of the page.
FAQs
How can I view my archived Orders at a later time?

Click the
Filter button on the top-right side of the Orders overview page.
- Switch the Include archived orders toggle to the right.

Select Apply filters.

How can I restore my archived Orders?

Click the
Filter button on the top-right side of the Orders overview page.
- Switch the Include archived orders toggle to the right.
- Select Apply filters.

Find the orders you want to restore and click the
Unarchive button on the right.
