Profile clean-up/Archiving Profiles

We recommend bulk-archiving inactive profiles to enhance Cropster's efficiency and improve synchronization with Roasting Intelligence (RI).

If a Profile has been inactive for 90 days, a notification will appear on your Cropster dashboard when you log into C-sar.

By following the steps below, you can bulk-archive your inactive Profiles:

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Roasts on the main menu bar and select Profiles.
  3. Click the Profile Clean-up button in the top right corner.
  4. You will be directed to the Profile clean-up page showing inactive Profiles not accessed in the last 90 days.
  5. Utilize the Filter button to refine your search for specific Profiles based on the following criteria:
    • Name
    • Machines
    • Locations
  6. Select the Profiles to bulk-archive by checking the respective boxes. The ArchiveIcon (1)-png Archive selected button appears on the top right side of the page.
  7. Click onArchive selected to bulk-archive the selected inactive Profiles.

Archived Profiles cannot be selected in Roasting Intelligence (RI) or used as filters on the Roasts overview page.

Unarchiving Profiles

Congratulations! You are now ready to bulk-archive inactive Profiles.
