The steps of scheduling a Post-roast blend

By following the steps below, you can schedule a Post-roast blend:

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Roasts and select Schedules.
  3. Choose the Date and Location you want to set up a roasting schedule for.
  4. Select the Roast machine and click on the + symbol to schedule your batches.
  5. Select Post-roast blend.
  6. Select a blend recipe or click Create new recipe to create a new recipe from scratch.
  7. Using a Post-roast blend Profile automatically pre-fills all fields. For a manual recipe, complete all required fields, including Profile, Green lot, and weights/ratio.
  8. Click + Add component to switch or add more components to your blend.
  9. Click Calculate batches to calculate the amount needed.
  10. Enter how much Roasted coffee you need.
The scheduler calculates the number of roast batches based on the mixing ratio.
  11. You can revise the weights or round up to full batches.
  12. Click Add batches to create the roast schedule.
  13. Review your batches and click the Publish button top left to make your roast schedule available for Roasting Intelligence (RI).
