How to update the billing information

You need to have billing permission to perform the steps outlined in this article.
Overview
This article explains how to view your invoices and update the billing information via the Stripe Customer Portal.
With Stripe, you can simplify your monthly payment process and will also be able to:
- View and download your invoices and receipts.
- View your subscription plan: You can view your actual payment status at the top of the page.
- Add new and remove payment methods: The available payment methods depend on your location.
Viewing invoices
If your invoice is past due, a notification will appear on the Stripe Customer Portal home page.
If you haven't set a default payment method, you can add one here. By confirming, you authorize Cropster to charge your card for this and future payments in accordance with our terms.
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.

Click on the
Gear icon and navigate to the Billing page.

Scroll down to the Billing information section and click Go to Customer Portal. You will be directed to the Stripe Customer Portal within seconds.

Review your billing history by clicking on individual items in the Invoice History list. From there, you can view and download your invoices and receipts as PDFs.

To view a previous invoice, click the link to open the page below, where you can download invoices and receipts as PDFs.

Select your current invoice to open the summary view. From there, click Invoice at the top right of the page to download the PDF.

Updating the billing information
By providing your payment information, you authorize Cropster to automatically charge your default payment method for your monthly subscription in accordance with our Terms of Service.
You will only see payment options applicable to your region. If you have questions regarding your billing, please contact hello@cropster.com.
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.

Click on the
Gear icon and navigate to the Billing page.
- Scroll down to the Billing information section and click Go to Customer Portal. You will be directed to the Stripe Customer Portal within seconds.

To add a new card, click +Add payment method. While your first payment method is set as the default by default, you can change this once additional methods are added to your profile.

To make a default or delete a payment method, click the three dots (...) next to the specific entry to manage your preferences.

FAQs
Can I access my invoices from before 2022?
Yes, old invoices from before 2022 are stored in case you need them at some point. Please contact accounting@cropster.com.
