How to manage billing access on your Cropster account

Overview
This article explains how to manage billing access on your Cropster account, covering how to add dedicated billing-only users and edit the billing permissions for any existing user profile.
Instructions
Adding billing-only users
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to the
Gear icon and select Users. -
Click Invite user.

- Enter the *Name and the *Email address.
- Select the Billing permission preset.

Click Invite user.

After accepting the invite, the user can view and edit billing information and will automatically receive important billing messages and notifications (e.g., past due reminders).
Editing the billing permissions for existing users
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to the
Gear icon and select Users. -
Locate the user and click Edit permissions to make changes.

- Click on Custom to see all the advanced permissions the user has.
- To change the billing permission, check or uncheck the box called Payment information.

Click Update user.
