Why can I only see the Bean temperature and Gas value in RI (Probat)
This article will explain the reasons behind only being able to see the Bean temperature and Gas value on your Probat RI machine.

The issue
Your Probat roast machine has been successfully set up. Now you only can see the Bean temperature and the Gas value but there is no Exhaust, Airflow, Drum Speed, and Drum Pressure, although you see these values on the roaster's display.
The solution
Your Probat firmware is most likely not the latest version.
Probat firmware version 4.0 and older only provides Bean temperature and Gas value.
To upgrade the Probat firmware, please get in touch with support.shop@probat.com and request an offer for an update.
Please provide the Probat support with the Job number of your roaster (you can find it on the roaster's label), so your machine can be identified quickly:
