How to change the email address for any users in your Cropster account

Only the Group Administrator has permission to change email addresses. If you are not a Group Administrator, please contact your admin to follow the steps below.

This article will explain how to change the email address for any user in your Cropster account.
Instructions
If a user from your group has left your company or their email address has changed, the best approach is to invite a new user to your group first, then remove the old user with the outdated email address.
Inviting the new user to your group
By following the steps below, you can invite a new user to your group:
- Log into the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to the
Gear icon and select Users. -
Click the + Invite user button.

- Enter the *Name and *Email address.
- Select the permission(s) you would like to assign to the user.

Click Invite user.

Removing the old user from your group
After inviting the new user, take the final step of removing the old user from your group to complete the replacement.
- Log into the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to the
Gear icon and select Users. - Navigate to the Users in your group section.

Locate the user you wish to remove and click the Remove button.

Did you know?
Deleting a user will not affect the data they have entered.
