With Cafe's Production report, you can: 

• Gain valuable insights into the usage of your espresso machines, including the number of brews conducted over a specific period.
• Track the amount of coffee utilized across multiple locations.
• Get a comprehensive overview of your production activities. 
  

  

   

Instructions

Navigating to Cafe's Production Report

1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
2. Navigate to Cafe > Inventory. 
3. Click Go to Production report. 
   

   

4. Set the following filters before continuing: 
   • Date range: Select the start date or end date fields to bring up a calendar where you can choose from predefined date ranges or enter a custom date.
   • Compare to:
     • Previous period: Compare against the number of days before your selected start date.
     • Previous year: Compare against the date range from the previous year that you have selected.
   • Show: This selection impacts the graphs but does not affect the overview cards.
     • Brews
     • Dosage
   • Brewing devices: The filter includes all Espresso Machines and Batch Brewers.
5. Click Apply filters.
   

   

   
    

Exploring the Production Report Overview cards 

The Overview cards display your chosen date range on top and the comparison period below.

This section summarizes your production for the selected period compared to your chosen benchmark (previous period or previous year). 

 

 

Reviewing the Production over time section

This graph tracks your Brews or Dosage over time, helping you identify peak periods and growth trends across your locations:

• The graph's detail adjusts to your selected date range (e.g., hourly for one day, daily for one week). 
• You can easily compare current performance against your chosen benchmark period. 

Reviewing the Production per machine section

This chart analyzes production for each espresso machine across your selected locations and date range. The data reflects either Brews or Dosage, depending on your active filters.

Reviewing the Machine Production cards 

You can find the Machine Production cards in the Production per machine section, below the chart.
These cards summarize Total Brews, Total Dosage, and Top Recipes for your selected filters.

The Machine Production cards can be sorted either by Total production or Production trend.

Each card displays:

• Total brews
• Total dose 
• Top recipes

Select the ‘See Telemetry Insights’ option on the Machine production card to view performance data for the specific espresso machine.
