Setting up the Green Inventory overview page to perform a physical inventory evaluation

By following the steps below, you can easily set up the Green Inventory overview page to perform a physical inventory evaluation:

1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
2. Navigate to the Green Inventory on the main menu bar. 
3. Make sure to include the Weight columns in your Green Inventory by clicking on the Customize dropdown menu and selecting the checkboxes next to the relevant fields to enable them.
   
4. Once you have completed this step, you will be able to see the values in two weight columns on your Green Inventory Table: 
   

Adding your lots as the container unit 

By following the steps below, you can add lots to your Green Inventory: 

1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
2. Navigate to the Green Inventory on the main menu bar. 
3. Click on Add lot and select One. 
   
4. The input fields can be customized via the Customize fields button on the top right side of the page.

5. Enter the information you would like to add to your lot.
   💡 Weight* is a mandatory field. 
   
6. From the Weight field, click on the dropdown and select the unit of the containers you receive your coffee in.
   
7. Click on Create green inventory to submit. 

Converting the weight of your lots into a new unit

By following the steps below, you can convert  the weight of your lots into a new unit:

1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
2. Navigate to (Green) Inventory on the main menu bar. You will be directed to the Green Inventory overview page. 
3. Select the checkbox next to the PG number of the lot you want to adjust the weight of.
4. Click on Manage > Adjust weight. 
   
5. Select the new unit by clicking on the dropdown next to the New weight field and add 0 (zero) to the Adjustment field. 
   
6. Click on Update weight to submit.
7. The new unit will appear on the Green Inventory overview page.
