By following the steps below, you can revise (edit) the Replay Assist Preferences in RI: 

1. Log in to Roasting Intelligence (RI).
2. Navigate to thePreferences tab on the bottom left side of the screen. 
3. Select Roasting > Smart features.
4. Navigate to the Smart replay section.
5. Click on the respective checkbox to enable the replay feature.
   When this box is unchecked, the Replay button will not be displayed next to the Start button.
   

   

6. You can also check the respective checkbox next to the Temperature-based auto-start and end of roast at the Smart detection section.
   When checked, the Roasting Intelligence (RI) will detect the start of the roast once the beans drop the temperature and the end of the roast once the beans are released from the drum, causing the temperature to drop.
   

   

7. Click Save to finalize the changes. 
8. The Replay button will appear next to the Start button.
