Only Bean Temperature and Gas values appear for Probat in Roasting Intelligence
Issue
If Exhaust Temperature, Airflow, Drum Speed, and Drum Pressure are visible on the roaster’s physical display but missing from the software, your machine likely requires a firmware update.
Solution
To access metrics like Airflow and Drum speed in Roasting Intelligence, you must upgrade your roaster's firmware. Probat firmware version 4.0 and older only support Bean Temperature and Gas value data transmission.
- Locate your Job Number on the roaster's ID label.
- Contact Probat at support.shop@probat.com to request a firmware upgrade offer.
