Overview

This article explains how to set the Minimum stock level for Product variants, new and existing Profile groups, and Post-roast blend profiles.

Minimum stock levels by inventory categories

💡 To improve clarity, we renamed Par Level to Minimum stock level.
If you previously had PAR levels set up, they are now automatically your Minimum stock levels. Your existing PAR level data remains the same; no data was lost.

You’ll now find a dedicated Minimum stock level column across the main overview pages for all three inventory categories:

Packaged Inventory

  • Establishing a minimum stock level for high-volume products ensures immediate Order fulfillment and consistent inventory availability.
  • The Minimum stock level is defined per variant on the Product details page.

Loose Inventory

  • Establishing a minimum stock level for high-volume roasted coffee ensures immediate availability for both packaging and blending.
  • The Minimum stock level is defined per profile group on the Edit profile group page.

Post-roast blend Inventory

  • Establishing a minimum stock level for high-volume blends ensures that your post-roast blend inventory is ready for immediate packaging.
  • The Minimum stock level is defined per blend profile on the Edit blend profile page.
