How to print roast labels from Roasting Intelligence

Overview
This article explains how to print single and multiple batch roast labels directly from Roasting Intelligence.
⚠️ Roast label printing is restricted to the same-day roast data. Please ensure all labels are printed before the end of your shift.
Instructions
Printing a single batch roast label
- Save your roast.
- Navigate to the Production sidebar ("Today's Production") > Total or Roasted tab.

Click More (three dots) and select the Print roast labels option.

- The Print dialogue opens.

Define the following print details:
- Printer
- Width
- Height

Orientation
- Portrait
- Landscape
- Reverse landscape
- (Optional) Select the Switch to system print dialogue option to access advanced printing options and more detailed configuration settings.

Click Print to start the printing process.

Printing multiple batch labels at once
- Save your roast.
- Navigate to the Production sidebar ("Today's Production") > Roasted tab.

Select the batches you wish to print roast labels for.
💡Use the All button at the bottom to select every batch in one click. -
Click More (three dots) and select the Print roast labels option.

- The Print dialogue opens.

Define the following print details:
- Printer
- Width
- Height

Orientation
- Portrait
- Landscape

Reverse landscape

- (Optional) Select the Switch to system print dialogue option to access advanced printing options and more detailed configuration settings.

Click Print to start the printing process.

What should I do if the printer is not showing up or is stuck on 'printing?
- Make sure the printer is on and showing no error messages.
- Print a sample page from a simple app (Notepad/Word) to rule out software-specific issues.
- Open the system's print queue to see if the document is stuck or pending.
