How to mark lots consumed and unconsumed
Table of Contents
Overview
This article explains how to mark your lots as consumed or unconsumed.
You can manage and track your inventory with the online platform C-sar. When your stock of green coffee reaches 0 kg/lb, it will be automatically marked as consumed.
You can manually mark lots as consumed if they are damaged (e.g., mold or water), even if the weight isn't zero. Your inventory history and current lot status will remain viewable.
Marking lots consumed vs. deleting lots
Consumed lots retain their full history for filtering and reporting. You can reactivate them back into your (Green) Inventory at any time. Deleting a lot permanently removes all history, making filtering and reporting impossible, and the deletion cannot be undone.
Instructions
There are two ways to manually mark a green lot as consumed:
- Bulk-mark lots as consumed via (Green) Inventory overview page
- Mark lots as consumed individually via the lot details page.
