How to filter Orders

This article will introduce the Orders overview page, explain how to use filters and also how to view archived Orders.

The Orders overview page 

By following the steps below, you can navigate to the Orders overview page:

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
  3. Select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders overview page:
  4. The following details are displayed:
    • ID-tag
    • Fulfillment status
    • Order fulfillment
    • External reference
    • Order date
    • Order item
    • External order status 
    • Shop
    • Customer

       


Using filters 

Click the Filter button on the top right side of the Orders overview page.

You can apply filters to narrow down your search based on the following criteria:

  • ID-tag
  • Fulfillment Status
  • Order fulfillment
  • External reference
  • Order date from/Order date to
  • Production name
  • External order status
  • Shop
  • Customer
  • Customer type
  • (Optional) By toggling the button green at ‘Include archived orders’, you can view your archived orders. 
     

Tips and Recommendations

  • You can select multiple Fulfillment statuses, External order statuses, Shops, and Customer types.
  • You need to input the ID-tag, Order fulfillment, External reference, Product name, and Customer manually.
  • Once you have refined your search, you need to click the Apply filters button to activate the filters. 
 

 


Viewing archived Orders 

By following the steps below, you can view archived Orders:

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar and select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders overview page.
  3. Click theFilter button on the top right side of the page. 
  4. Toggle the button to include your archived orders.
  5. Click on Apply filters to submit. 
  6. Your archived Orders will be displayed on the Orders overview page again. 

FAQs

How can I close the Filter window?
Click on the Filter button once again. This will hide the Filter options, enabling you to navigate back to the main view of your Orders overview page.

How can I reset the filters?
Simply click on the Reset filters option on the top left side of the page.


Congratulations! You are now ready to filter your Orders and also to view your archived Orders.
