Overview
This article explains how to grant “evaluator access” to log in to your Cropster account and submit cupping scores directly.
Who is an evaluator?
A cupping evaluator is a professional who tastes and evaluates coffee. In Cropster, an “evaluator” is a user who can log in to Cropster Cup and enter scores.
Adding an evaluator to my cupping sessions
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to the
Gear icon and select Users. -
Click + Invite user.

Enter the following details:
- Name*
- Email address*
-
Select Public cupping.
- Click Invite user to submit.
- An invitation link will be sent via email. The evaluator needs to accept the invitation to log in to Cropster Cup.
