Overview

This article explains how to use Cropster Cup on your mobile phone. Cropster Cup is a PWA (Progressive Web App), which means that you can install it to your home page like a regular app and access it easily from there whenever you need it.

Note: On some mobile devices, Cropster Cup may not be supported. Check out the Cropster Cup requirements for more information.

Instructions

Access Cropster Cup via the browser

1. Open your preferred browser on your mobile phone and navigate to cup.cropster.com.
2. Log in with the same credentials that you use to access the online platform, C-sar.
   
3. If you are a member of one group, you will enter the group automatically. If you are a member of more than one group, select the correct group before proceeding.
4. If no groups are loaded, click the Reload button to initiate the account sync. If you are not directed to your account after clicking the Reload button, please contact your Account Administrator to verify if your user has been granted the "Use Cropster Cup" permission.

Add cup.cropster.com as a shortcut to your home screen

To access Cropster Cup directly from your home screen like a web app, you can add the website as a shortcut to your home screen.

Android 

1. On your Android device, open the Chrome browser.
2. Navigate to cup.cropster.com.
3. To the right of the address bar, click More > Add to home screen > Create a shortcut.
4. From the dialogue that appears:
   • Rename: Select the default name for the shortcut or rename the shortcut.
5. Click Add.

iPhone

1. On your iPhone, open the Chrome browser.
2. Navigate to cup.cropster.com.
3. To the right of the address bar, click Share > Add to Home Screen.
4. Edit the website details.
5. Click Add.
