  • When converting files from Excel to CSV, it is important to ensure that the date format is correctly set.
  • The correct date format is YYYY-MM-DD.

"Could not upload xx.csv. The CSV file contains an invalid quantity format"

  • The quantity must be represented as numerical values.
  • If the quantity includes any non-numeric characters, such as text, this will result in an error.

"Could not upload xx.csv. The date range overlaps with at least one existing file for the same location"

  • If you attempt to upload a file that has a date range already present in our system, this error will occur.
  • Before proceeding, please ensure that you have removed the file causing the date range overlap.

"Could not upload xx.csv. File with the same name exists for the given location"

  • To resolve this issue, we suggest renaming your file to ensure it is unique for the specified location.

"Could not upload xx.csv. The CSV file and the selected Cafe Menu do not match"

  • If the Menu item (Name) in the CSV file does not match the corresponding Menu item, this error will occur.
  • The same applies to the SKU; it must also match precisely.
