Using the Cafe Menu

Overview
This article explains how to create, manage, update, and use your Cafe Menus. You can deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience by tailoring menus to local preferences.
Instructions
Accessing the Menu overview page
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Cafe > Inventory on the main menu bar.

Switch to the Menu tab.

Creating Menus
⚠️ Before you begin creating your Cafe Menu, please note:
- You need to ensure all recipes reflect the correct number of shots.
- The ability to edit or delete a Cafe Menu is currently unavailable.
- Click +Add new menu.

Enter the following details:
* Indicates mandatory fields.- Name*
- Location*
- Drink #1
- Name*
- Number of shots*
- SKU* (Stock Keeping Unit)
- Click + Add New Drink to include more beverages.

Click Save to apply your changes.

What's next? You can start uploading your POS data.
Updating Menus
To update your menus, select one of these three options:

Create a new Menu: Click + Add new menu to start a fresh design from scratch.

Rename a Menu: Click
Rename.

Duplicate: Click Duplicate next to the desired menu to create a copy, then apply your changes to the new version.

⚠️ Maintain Inventory accuracy:
To ensure your Inventory Insights remain precise after creating a menu change, you must re-upload your POS data. To prevent tracking errors, please do not modify existing SKUs.
FAQs
How to modify your espresso Recipes to reflect the accurate number of shots?
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Telemetry > Recipes.
- On the Recipes overview page, find your recipe and click
Edit on the right. - Navigate to the *Number of shots field. Verify that the number is accurate.

Click Update recipe.
