This article explains how to compare your current and past data on the Cafe Inventory Insights overview page. You can now turn operational decisions into results with Cropster Cafe's side-by-side data analysis.
Instructions
Navigating to the Inventory Insights overview page
⚠️ Keep in mind for accurate comparisons:
- The duration of the current date range must match the duration of the past date range.
- The selected range must not be longer than 31 days compared to past data.
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Cafe > Inventory.

To get started, select your Date range* and Location(s).
* Indicates mandatory fields. - Toggle the Compare to past data button green.
- Select the Past start date and Past end date.

Select Apply filters.
Reviewing comparison data by section
The data is organized side-by-side for clear analysis:
- Current Insights (left): High-contrast, vibrant colors for immediate focus.

Past Insights (right): Muted colors to distinguish historical data.

⚠️ The Total shot consumption across locations chart will only be displayed when multiple locations are selected.

Toggle Show daily averages in the Total shot consumption throughout the week section to view daily data.

Click Export in the Assessment overview section to save a copy of your comparison data:
