How can I calibrate my probes
This article will explain how to calibrate probes effectively to ensure accurate measurements in your equipment.
If you are unsure if your probes are reading accurately, you can take them out of your roaster and submerge the tip in boiling water, which should be 100 °C at sea level.
You should then submerge the probe in water with ice cubes, which should read 0 °C. If your temperatures are not correct, you can use an offset.
Congratulations! You learned how to calibrate your probes.
