Why use a Reference Curve?
Note the following details:
- The terms "Reference Roast" and "Reference Curve" are interchangeable.
- Before creating a Reference Curve, we recommend creating a Profile for all your Recipes.
A Reference Curve is essential for achieving consistency in roasting, providing a guiding framework throughout the process.
We recommend setting a Reference Curve for each of the Profiles you create.
