Overview 

This article explains how to manually synchronize Roasting Intelligence with the online platform C-sar. Syncing these platforms ensures your roast data and inventory stay consistent and up-to-date across your entire operation. 

Instructions

Roasting Intelligence automatically synchronizes your data at login and shutdown. While our system is designed to handle most of the heavy lifting automatically, there are several practical reasons why a manual sync is necessary to keep a roasting operation running smoothly. For example, if you just received a new shipment of green coffee or made changes to your green inventory in C-sar, those changes may not appear in Roasting Intelligence immediately.

To resolve discrepancies in your data, we recommend a manual synchronization:

  1. Log in to Roasting Intelligence. 
  2. Click the Synchronize button on the bottom left side of the screen.

 

Troubleshooting

In case Roasting Intelligence does not sync, we recommend the following:

  1. Check your internet connection and manually sync again. 
  2. Close and restart Roasting Intelligence. 

If the first two steps don't resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance. You can submit a ticket directly within Roasting Intelligence.
