This article explains how various external shop statuses map to Cropster Commerce. Understanding these statuses helps you prioritize Order fulfillment, identify orders requiring immediate attention, and provide accurate updates to your customers across different sales channels.

Viewing external order statuses
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce > Orders.

Locate the External status column.

⚠️ Orders with the status ‘On-hold’ do not sync to the online platform C-sar.
