Overview 

This article explains how to disconnect your shop integration from the online platform C-sar.

What to expect once your shop is disconnected:

  • Orders that were synced from the disconnected shop will be archived.
  • Your products will be disconnected from the shop.
  • You can still view archived orders, but the direct links to your shop products will no longer work.

 

You can reconnect your shop at any time, whenever you're ready: 

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce/Beans
  • ShipStation

Instructions

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar. 
  2. Navigate to Gear > Commerce settings > Integrations.
  3. Locate the shop integration you would like to delete and select Delete on the right.

If you have further questions, feedback, or concerns, please submit a support ticket directly from support.cropster.com.
