Overview
This article explains how to disconnect your shop integration from the online platform C-sar.
What to expect once your shop is disconnected:
- Orders that were synced from the disconnected shop will be archived.
- Your products will be disconnected from the shop.
- You can still view archived orders, but the direct links to your shop products will no longer work.
You can reconnect your shop at any time, whenever you're ready:

Instructions
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.

Navigate to
Gear > Commerce settings > Integrations.

Locate the shop integration you would like to delete and select
Delete on the right.
