Managing the subscription plan

You need to have the Group Administrator's permission to perform the steps outlined in this article.
Overview
This article explains how to view, upgrade, manage, pause, or cancel your subscription plan.
Instructions
Viewing and upgrading your current subscription plan
Plan changes via the online platform C-sar are only available for single-subscription accounts.
For accounts with multiple subscriptions, the change option is locked, and adjustments must be handled through our Customer Success Team. Please contact hello@cropster.com to change your subscription.
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.

Navigate to the
Gear icon and select Account.
- Select Billing information.

Under Your subscriptions, you can view your actual subscription plan(s).

Pausing your subscription plan
Once you request a subscription pause, your Account Manager will follow up with you directly.

Click Pause or cancel my account.

Select Pause account. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months at no additional cost and keep all your data.

- Click Pause your account.

Use the dropdown menus to specify your *Reason for pausing and your preferred *Pause duration.
* indicates mandatory fields
- Click Request account pause.
Cancelling your subscription plan
⚠️ Cancellation requests require a few days to process; please submit your request before the next billing cycle begins.
Data export is only available for active accounts. Please download your records before completing the cancellation process.

Click Pause or cancel my account.

Select Cancel account.

Use the dropdown menus to specify your *Reason for pausing

- Click Request cancellation.
