How to change the account preferences

Overview
This article explains how to change the account preferences.
Instructions
Navigating to the Account overview page
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.

Click on the
Gear icon and select Account. You will be directed to the Account overview page.

You can modify the following details:
- Company logo
- Temperature & Weight unit
- Currency
- Language, Time zone and Date format
Changing the Company logo

Upload your company logo by drag and drop an image as an image file by clicking
Edit icon.
- Click Update preferences. The logo will appear in the navigation bar top left and on all your printed reports.
Changing the Temperature & Weight unit

Change your Temperature and Default weight unit by selecting the respective unit.

Click Update preferences.
Changing the currency
⚠️ Please note before changing the currency:
Changing the currency does not convert or recalculate your prices. Because numerical values remain unchanged, you must manually update your prices to reflect the correct exchange rate for the new currency.

Select Change currency.

Choose the new currency and click Update currency.

Read the warning message and click OK to confirm the currency change.
A confirmation message will appear in the top right corner of the page: "The currency has been successfully saved."
Changing the Language, Time zone and Date format
These are the default account settings; however, individual users may set their own preferences within the My Profile settings.

Choose your preferred Language, Time zone, and Date format from the dropdowns. If a page isn't available in your chosen language, it will default to English.

- Click Update preferences.
Changing the company information

Scroll down to the Company information section to change the following details:
- Company name

Address

- Click Update company information.
