How to calibrate probes

This article explains how to calibrate probes effectively to ensure accurate measurements.
Instructions
- If you are unsure if your probes are reading accurately, take them out of your roaster and submerge the tip in boiling water, which should be 100 °C at sea level.
- You should then submerge the probe in water with ice cubes, which should read 0 °C.
- If your temperatures are not correct, you can use an offset.
