Setting up the WooCommerce/Beans Integration for Commerce

Overview
This article explains how to connect your WooCommerce/Beans account to your Cropster account.
Prerequisites
Ensure your accounts meet the following criteria before connecting:
- WooCommerce version: 5.8 or higher.
- Product type: All products must be variable products to synchronize with Cropster.
Instructions
Step 1: Create the API credentials in WooCommerce/Beans
- Log in to your WooCommerce account.

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.

Click REST API.

- Click Add key to open the Key details page.
- Enter a Description for the private app.
- Select the User Cropster will use to access the API.
- Set Permissions to Read.
- Click Generate API Key.

Copy the Consumer key and Consumer secret.

Tip:
Store these credentials in a password manager; they will not be visible again once you leave the page.
Step 2: Set up SKUs for WooCommerce/Beans products

- Navigate to Products in the WooCommerce main menu.
- Select Add Product and enter the product details.
- Scroll to the Product data section and select Inventory.

Enter the SKU.

Click Publish.
Step 3: Connect WooCommerce/Beans with C-sar
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.

Click
Gear > Commerce Settings > Integrations.

Click +Add integration and select WooCommerce.

Enter the following information:
* Indicates mandatory fields.- *Custom name

*Customer type
- Wholesale
- Retail
- *Shop URL: If your shop URL includes the www.-prefix, copy the URL including www. (e.g. for https://www.my-shop.coffee/wp-admin use www.my-shop.coffee in Cropster)
- *Consumer key
- *Consumer secret: Store Consumer key and Consumer secret in your password manager.
- *Sync start date: ⚠️ The Sync start date can be a maximum of 30 days in the past. This cannot be changed after the first synchronization.

Click Create Integration.
Next steps: After the integration is created, the Integrations overview page opens.
Proceed to map your products to begin synchronization.
