Issue

While your Probat machine is connected, you may notice that only Bean Temperature and Gas values are appearing in Roasting Intelligence. If Exhaust Temperature, Airflow, Drum Speed, and Drum Pressure are visible on the roaster’s physical display but missing from the software, additional configuration is required.

Solution

To access metrics like Airflow and Drum speed in Roasting Intelligence, a firmware upgrade may be necessary. Probat firmware version 4.0 and older only show Bean temperature and Gas value.
