Orders with the status 'On hold' no longer sync to the online platform C-sar.
By following the steps below, you can view the external Order statuses:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
- Select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders Overview page.
