How to switch to ShipStation

This article explains how to switch to ShipStation from your current store integration.
Prevent order duplication by following our recommended integration sequence for Shopify and ShipStation. Our system automatically detects and skips already-synced orders to keep your data clean.
Instructions
⚠️ To ensure a smooth setup without accidental duplicates, it’s best to connect Shopify first, followed by ShipStation. Doing it in this order allows the system to recognize your Shopify orders immediately, ensuring they are excluded from the initial sync and preventing the same order from appearing twice.
Step 1: Disconnect your store from Cropster
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.

Navigate to
Settings > Commerce settings > Integrations.
- Locate the shop you would like to delete.

Delete.
Step 2: Connect your store to ShipStation

Yes, it is possible. We recommend using one Shopify store for Cropster-linked products and a separate store for ShipStation integrations.
What will happen to my products after disconnecting my shop from Cropster?
All external products and bundles will be disconnected, and any associated orders will be archived for future reference.
