The issue The solution

The issue

Roasting sessions are being interrupted by macOS sleep settings, despite a constant power connection. MacOS interprets a lack of keyboard or mouse input as "inactivity," even if Roasting Intelligence is actively receiving data from your roast machine.
This article explains how to optimize the power settings to ensure uninterrupted roasting.

The solution

Adjust your computer's settings to prevent sleep:

  1. Click > System Settings.
  2. Navigate to Battery.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Toggle on the “Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter” setting.
  5. Click Done.
