Next, we’ll dive into your data sources, showing you exactly what’s being collected and how to turn those numbers into actionable brewing insights.
To access the specific data you want to analyze, simply select the
Filter button to define the following criteria:
- Date range
- Location
- Espresso machine

The KPI cards
After applying your filters, the Telemetry Insights section will populate with KPI (Key Performance Indicator) cards, giving you instant access to your most important metrics.
The KPI cards provide the following information:
- Brews in range | Brews out of range | (Brews) Not evaluated
- Total Brew distribution across groupheads | 1 | 2 | 3
- Total Brews | Total Flushes

The Daily Brew Times scatter plot
This scatter plot tracks daily brewing durations, helping you spot inconsistencies and identify which shots need adjustments for peak performance.
- To start, simply use the dropdown menu to select the specific brew you want to analyze in the scatter plot.
-
Once you select a brew, its times will appear on the scatterplot. Status is based solely on the time parameter, using three color-coded markers:
- Green: In range
- Red: Out of range
- Orange: Not evaluated
- Use the arrows at the bottom to cycle through different dates and revisit past performance data.
-
Click Go to Brews overview to go directly to your full Brews table.

To export your full Brews table as a .csv file, click the Export button in the top right corner. A window will then prompt you to select your desired date range.

Now that you've mastered the data, let's look at some examples of consistent daily brewing in action:
✅ Positive example:
The chart shows high consistency, with green markers dominating the display and keeping most brews within range.

❌ Negative example:
The chart shows inconsistent brewing, with red markers significantly outnumbering the green.

Brew success and production over time
This graph tracks your Brew Success vs. Total Production, showing how many shots hit your targets compared to your total output over days or weeks.

Grouphead usage over time
This graph tracks usage across your groupheads, with each one color-coded for quick identification. You can easily see the percentage of total production handled by each grouphead.

Brews and flushes over time
This graph provides a visual representation of the total number of Brews and flushes conducted across all Groupheads over a specified period.
- Green bars represent Brews.
- Blue bars represent Flushes.
This comparison helps you balance your brews and flushes, revealing if your cleaning habits are on track, excessive, or falling short.

Let’s look at some examples of effective versus ineffective brewing, flushing, and grouphead usage patterns:
✅ Positive example:
Balanced Brews and Flushes: In an ideal setup, your brewing and flushing cycles stay in sync across all groupheads. For example, if a grouphead has a high brew count paired with regular flushes, it’s a sign of a well-maintained, efficient workflow.

❌ Negative example:
This data shows far too much flushing compared to actual brewing. Excessive flushing usually means a grouphead isn't being used efficiently or there’s an underlying issue that needs a look. Ultimately, this wastes time and resources, dragging down your productivity and potentially hurting your coffee quality.

The Grouphead table
The Grouphead table breaks down your performance with both raw numbers and percentages for a complete view of your data:
- Average Brew Pulses and Average Brew Time: Monitor consistency across each head.
- Total Brews: See the volume and percentage of total machine output per grouphead.
- Brews in time range: Track the number and percentage of successful shots per grouphead.
