Understanding External Order Statuses

This article introduces different external Order statuses.


What significance do the statuses hold for you?


By examining the various external Order statuses, you can achieve the following:

  • You can consider the statuses and this will help you to prioritize your tasks effectively.
  • You can identify which orders require immediate attention and which can be addressed later.
  • Streamline your workflow, ensuring that high-priority orders are processed promptly while minimizing delays in fulfillment.
  • Keep track of these statuses can enhance customer satisfaction by enabling you to provide timely updates on their orders, ultimately leading to a more organized and efficient order management process.

Exploring different external Order statuses 

All orders will be synchronized regardless of their status.


By following the steps below you can view the external Order statuses: 

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
  3. Select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders Overview page
  4. Orders can have the following external status
    • Pending
    • Processing
    • On hold
    • Closed
    • Cancelled

In this table, you will find a detailed overview of the various external Order statuses within Cropster, categorized by the respective external shops:

Shopify does not offer a specific Order status; instead, it indicates whether an order has been completed or cancelled.

Pending Pending - Awaiting Payment
Processing Processing - Awaiting Shipment
On hold On hold - On hold
Closed  Completed Closed Shipped
Cancelled  Cancelled, Failed, Refunded, Trash Cancelled  Cancelled
