Exploring different external Order statuses
All orders will be synchronized regardless of their status.
By following the steps below you can view the external Order statuses:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
- Select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders Overview page.
- Orders can have the following external status:
- Pending
- Processing
- On hold
- Closed
- Cancelled
