By examining the various external Order statuses, you can:

  • Identify which orders require immediate attention and which can be addressed later.
  • Streamline your workflow, ensuring that high-priority orders are processed promptly while minimizing delays in fulfillment.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by tracking statuses. This will allow you to provide timely updates on their orders, ultimately leading to a more organized and efficient order management process.

Exploring different external Order statuses 

Orders with the status 'On hold' no longer sync to the online platform C-sar.


By following the steps below, you can view the external Order statuses

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
  3. Select Orders. You will be directed to the Orders Overview page
  4. Orders can have the following external status
    • Pending
    • Processing
    • Closed
    • Cancelled

The new statuses will become accessible only when a fulfillment service is activated in Shopify.

Awaiting Payment
Processing Processing

Awaiting Shipment
Closed  Completed Fulfilled Shipped
Canceled  Canceled, Failed, Refunded, Trash Request declined  Canceled
