This manual explains how to set up your billing information via the Stripe Customer Portal for a simplified monthly payment process of your Cropster subscription.
You need to have billing permission to perform the steps outlined in this manual.
What's new?
From now on you can access your invoice via Stripe Customer Portal.
With Stripe you can simplify your monthly payment process and will also be able to:
- View and download your invoices and receipts.
- View your subscription plan.
💡 You can view your actual payment status on the top of the page. - Add new and also remove payment methods.
💡 The available payment methods depend on your location.
Viewing invoices
By following the steps below you can view your invoices via Stripe Customer Portal:
- Log into the online platform C-sar.
- Click on the Gear icon and navigate to the Billing page.
- Navigate to the bottom of the page. Under the Billing information section, click on Go to Customer Portal.
- You will reach the Stripe customer portal within seconds.
- If you click on the Expand icon at the Invoice History section, you can view your previous and actual invoices. You can also download the invoices and the also receipts in PDF format.
- In case you would like to view any of your previous invoices, you will be directed to the page below. Here you can download your invoice and also your receipt in PDF format.
- In case you would like to view your actual invoice, you will be directed to the page below. Click on the Invoice on the top right of the page and you can download your actual invoice in PDF format.
If your invoice is past due you'll receive a notification on the opening page of Stripe Customer Portal. In case you haven't set a default payment method yet, you have the possibility to choose how you'd like to pay here. By confirming your payment, you allow Cropster to charge your card for this payment and future payments in accordance with our terms.
Editing billing information
By completing the steps below you can edit your billing information via Stripe Customer Portal:
- Follow the steps 1-4 written above.
- By clicking on +Add payment method at Payment Methods section, you can add a new card or payment method to your account. The first payment method you added will automatically be your default payment method until you add a new one and mark that as default.
- Later on, you can also select which payment method you wish to Make default or Delete by clicking on "..." next to the selected payment method.
💡 By providing your payment information, you allow Cropster to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms. It means Cropster will deduct the amount of your monthly subscription from the card or via the payment method you marked as default.

FAQs
Can I access my invoices before 2022?
Yes, you can. Old invoices before 2022 are stored in case you will need them at some point.

How can I remove/change my payment method?
You can add, change and remove payment methods at the Payment Method section on Stripe Customer Portal.
