How to archive Orders

Overview
This article covers the various Order Fulfillment statuses and provides detailed instructions for archiving Orders.
The process is designed to archive Orders that currently have any of the following five distinct statuses:
- Open
- Scheduled
- Roasted
- Completed
- Shipped
The workflow described below applies to all statuses listed.
Instructions
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar and select Orders.

To select the specific statuses of the orders you wish to archive, click the
Filter icon in the upper right corner of the page.

Locate the OR tag for archiving and click on the
Archive button. The archived Order(s) will not be displayed on the Orders overview page anymore.

Is it possible to view my archived Orders at a later time?
Yes, you can view your archived Orders by following the steps below:

Click on the
Filter icon on the top right side of the Orders overview page.
- The Filters window will now display.

Switch the "Include archived orders" toggle to the right.

Is it possible to restore my archived Orders?
You can restore your archived Orders by following the steps below:
- Click on the
Filter icon on the Orders overview page. - Switch the "Include archived orders" toggle to the right.

Click the
Unarchive button.
