Printing a single batch

After you have finished a roast within Roasting Intelligence, you will see it in the Production overview on the left-hand side of the Roasting Intelligence screen. 

By following the steps below, you can print a roast label: 

1. Click the dots (...) from the Total or Roasted tab to open the drop-down menu.
2. Click Print roast label.
   

   

   
    
3. The Print dialogue opens:
   

   

1. You can choose and include the following information:
   • Printer
   • Width
   • Height
   • Orientation
     • Portrait
     • Landscape
     • Reverse landscape
2. (Optional) Switch to the system print dialogue by clicking on the respective button, and/or preview the label before printing.
3. Click Print to start the printing process. 

Printing multiple batches at once

By following the steps below, you can print multiple batches at once: 

1. Switch to the Roasted tab. 
2. Select the roasted batch(s) you wish to print.
   

   

    
   (Optional) By clicking the All button at the bottom, you can select all batches at once.
   

   

1. Click the Print button at the bottom. 
2. The Print dialogue opens.
3. Click Print to start the printing process. 

FAQs

When attempting to print roast labels, the printer cannot be selected, and sending to any printer results in an endless printing attempt without completion. What should I do?

By following the steps below, you can resolve the printing issue effectively:

1. Check Printer Status: Ensure the printer is powered on, online, and error-free.
2. Print a test page from another application (e.g., Notepad or Word) to confirm the printer is functioning properly.
3. Restart the PC and the printer.
4. Check the Printer Queue: Check the print queue on your PC to see if the job is still listed.
