Printing Roast labels from Roasting Intelligence (RI)

You can only print labels for roasts completed the same day.
Printing a single batch
After you have finished a roast within Roasting Intelligence, you will see it in the Production overview on the left-hand side of the Roasting Intelligence screen.
By following the steps below, you can print a roast label:
- Click the dots (...) from the Total or Roasted tab to open the drop-down menu.

Click Print roast label.

The Print dialogue opens:

You can choose and include the following information:
- Printer
- Width
- Height

Orientation
- Portrait
- Landscape
- Reverse landscape
- (Optional) Switch to the system print dialogue by clicking on the respective button, and/or preview the label before printing.
- Click Print to start the printing process.
Printing multiple batches at once
By following the steps below, you can print multiple batches at once:
- Switch to the Roasted tab.

Select the roasted batch(s) you wish to print.
(Optional) By clicking the All button at the bottom, you can select all batches at once.
- Click the Print button at the bottom.
- The Print dialogue opens.
- Click Print to start the printing process.

- Check Printer Status: Ensure the printer is powered on, online, and error-free.
