Overview  Instructions Step 1: Disconnecting your store from Cropster Step 2: Connecting your store to ShipStation FAQs

This article is intended for users who have already established a shop integration, such as Shopify, and wish to transition to using ShipStation exclusively.

Overview

This article explains how to switch to ShipStation from your current store integration. ShipStation sync includes a feature that automatically identifies orders that have already been synced, ensuring that they are skipped during the synchronization process to avoid any duplication of orders. If you manage two stores, one linked to Shopify and the other to ShipStation, it's essential to adhere to the correct integration sequence.

Instructions

⚠️ To ensure a smooth setup without accidental duplicates, it’s best to connect Shopify first, followed by ShipStation. Doing it in this order allows the system to recognize your Shopify orders immediately, ensuring they are excluded from the initial sync and preventing the same order from appearing twice.

Step 1: Disconnecting your store from Cropster

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate toSettings > Commerce settings > Integrations.
  3. Locate the shop you would like to delete.
  4. Select Delete.

Step 2: Connecting your store to ShipStation

To get a head start, take a look at ShipStation's QuickStart Guide. It’s a great way to get comfortable with the essential steps for linking your store.

  1. Log in to your ShipStation account.
  2. Navigate to the Connect a store section and select the store you wish to connect.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
