What to do when the machine readouts appear as squares in Roasting Intelligence
Issue
After a successful machine connection, the readouts appear as squares.
Solution
Roasting Intelligence automatically adopts the language settings configured on your system. If your system's language is configured to a non-Latin alphabet, such as Arabic, it may cause the measurements displayed in the Roasting Intelligence to appear incorrectly.
You need to change the Roasting Intelligence language setting from System default to English:
- Log in to Roasting Intelligence.
- Navigate to
Preferences > System tab > General. - Select English in the Language section.
- Click Save to apply the changes.

Restart Roasting Intelligence.

⚠️ Restart Required
These changes will not take effect until you close and restart Roasting Intelligence.
