Unable to delete a Product bundle variant
This article will explain how to troubleshoot issues and find solutions when encountering difficulties in deleting a Product bundle variant in your system.

The issue
You are unable to delete the variant after you create a Product bundle.
We recommend that you check if the Product bundle variant you would like to delete is no longer in use and that there are no pending orders, packaging plans, or order fulfillments.
A deleted variant is not recoverable.
The solution
By following these steps, you can delete a Product bundle variant:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar.
- Select Products. You will be directed to the Product overview page.

Switch to the Product Bundles tab.
- Select the Product bundle with the variant you wish to edit.
- You will be directed to the Product bundle details page.

Navigate to the Variants section and click on
Archive the variant you wish to delete.
You cannot archive a product variant if it is part of an open order or packaging plan. -
A warning will pop up:
- Click on Archive.

The
Delete button will appear.

By clicking on the
Delete button, you can delete the selected Product bundle variant.
You can also recreate the variant. You may use the same SKU as the deleted variant.
Congratulations! You are now ready to delete a Product bundle variant.
