The issue

You are unable to delete the Product bundle variant because the Delete button is not available.


 

The solution

First, you need to archive the Product bundle variant, and then you can delete it. 
 

Before you archive the Product bundle variant, please check if the Product bundle variant is no longer in use and that there are no pending orders, packaging plans and order fulfillments.

 



By following these steps, you can delete a Product bundle variant:

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Commerce on the main menu bar. 
  3. Select Products. You will be directed to the Product overview page. Switch to the Product Bundles tab.
  4. Select the Product bundle Name you wish to delete the Product bundle variant from. 
  5. Navigate to the Variants section and click the Archive button for the variant you wish to archive. 
  6. A warning will pop up. Click Archive to finalize.
  7.  Click on the Delete button.
  8. You have successfully deleted the Product bundle variant. 
     

Congratulations! You are now ready to delete a Product bundle variant.
