How to export Sensorial/Cupping session data

This article explains how to export quality data using our Excel export function.

When using our Excel export, there are multiple categories featuring green and roasted coffee, supply networks, and quality information for you to choose from.

By following the steps below, you can use our customizable Excel (.xls) export: 

  1. Log into the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Quality on the main menu bar.
  3. From either the Sensorial analysis or Cupping sessions overview pages, mark the checkbox next to one or more QC-/QS-tags.
  4. Click the Compare button.
  5. From the Compare sensorial analyses page, click the Export dropdown menu to click on the Excel (.xls) export option.
  6. The Export to Excel window will pop up. You can select which fields (columns) you want to include in the Excel export by clicking on the respective checkboxes. 
  7. Once you have selected the information you wish to export, click the Export to Excel button.

Congratulations! You are now ready to export Sensorial/Cupping session data.
