Overview Instructions

Overview

This article explains the process for exporting your sensorial and cupping session data.

Exporting sensorial and cupping data allows you to:

  • Share results with partners and stakeholders. You may need to send cupping results to producers, importers, customers, or internal teams who do not have access to your Cropster account.
  • Combine data across multiple locations or systems. If you cup across multiple sites or maintain additional quality systems, exporting lets you centralize results in one database.
  • Archive historical records for compliance and transparency.
  • Make more informed product and sourcing decisions.

Instructions

Our Excel export offers multiple categories to choose from, including data on green and roasted coffee, supply networks, and quality information.

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Quality on the main menu bar and select either Sensorial or Cupping sessions.
  3. On both overview pages (Sensorial analysis overview page and Cupping sessions overview page) check the box next to one or more QC-/QS-tags.
  4. Click Compare. Some comparisons might only work if all selected analysis results have the same cupping sheet.
