Overview Instructions

Roast editing permission is required to follow the steps in this article.

 


Overview 

This article will explain how to roll back a roast, a feature used to undo a completed roast and adjust the associated green inventory.

⚠️ The "Rolling back" feature cannot be used on roasts that were generated through the Scheduling process.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Log in to the online platform C-sar.
  2. Navigate to Roasts on the main menu bar.
  3. Select the PR tag associated with the roast you wish to roll back.
  4. Click Edit on the Roast details page.
  5. Scroll down to the Green section. 
  6. Set the Start weight (green) and End weight (roasted) fields to 0 (zero) and click Update roast. 
  7. A warning message will appear: “Deleting this roast will roll back the green lots accordingly, and all roast data (including curves) will be lost and cannot be recovered. If this roast was previously a reference roast for this profile, all reference entries will also be removed. Do you wish to continue?” Click Delete to continue.
