This article explains how to download TeamViewer for Cropster remote support.
Instructions
Please note that TeamViewer requests will only be accepted after assessment of the problem and upon appointment with your Cropster support person.
- Navigate here. Upon clicking the URL, the download of the Quick-Support app will start automatically.
- Check your Downloads folder for the app named
TeamViewer. - A window will pop up with the following message: "TeamViewer is an app downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" Click Open to confirm.

Enter your name or your company name in the name field.

- Wait until your Cropster support person requests access to your PC and click Allow.

- On Windows, we offer remote desktop support. Our Support Team can securely view your screen and control your PC to troubleshoot the issue alongside you
- If you are using a Mac, you will need to follow these specific instructions to enable our Support Team to remotely control your device.
