Apple has introduced a security feature with macOS 10.14 (and higher) that requires additional permissions to be assigned to TeamViewer to allow us to control your Mac after connecting to your computer via TeamViewer.

When you first download TeamViewer, you'll be prompted to review the necessary system access permissions. If you happen to overlook this prompt, don't worry; you can easily return to it later.

By following the steps below, you can always revisit the prompt later to check and adjust as needed:

  1. Open the TeamViewer App.
  2. Click Help on the top of your screen.
  3. Select Check system access. The yellow triangle indicates that full access has not been granted.
  4. The following window appears:
  5. Click on Set up Screen Recording.
  6. You will be directed to Privacy & Security settings > Screen & System Audio Recording. The toggle button will be automatically enabled.
  7. Click on Set up Accessibility. You will be directed to Privacy & Security settings > Accessibility.
  8. Toggle the button to the right at TeamViewer Quick-Support.
  9. Enter your password and click on Modify settings.
  10. Once the settings have successfully been modified, click on Close.
  11. Open the TeamViewer QuickSupport app again and Allow the Cropster Support person to connect.

Congratulations! You are now ready to allow remote control via TeamViewer.

Your opinion matters. If you have further questions, feedback, or concerns, please submit a support ticket directly from support.cropster.com.
