This article explains how to set up and maintain a Reference Curve.
Why use a Reference Curve?
As you begin, it's important to note the following details:
- The terms "Reference Roast" and "Reference Curve" refer to the same concept and can be used interchangeably.
- Before creating a Reference Curve, we recommend creating a Profile for all your Recipes.
A Reference Curve is a crucial resource designed to enhance your consistency in roasting. It serves as a guiding framework throughout the roasting process.
We recommend setting a Reference Curve for each of the Profiles you create.
The Reference Curve appears as a grey line in the background of your Roasting Intelligence (RI) interface, serving as a guiding reference throughout the roasting process.
