This manual explains how to set and maintain reference curves.
Why use Reference Curves?
A profile reference curve is your guideline during the roast and an important tool to maximize your consistency. It is key to set a reference curve for each of your profiles to guide you during roasting.
Requirement: Profiles
Before creating a reference curve you need to have an existing profile. We recommend creating a profile for all your recipes so you can set a reference curve for each profile.
Note: Learn how to add, edit and archive roast profiles.
