This article will explain how to synchronize the Roasting Intelligence (RI) with the online platform C-sar.
Synchronizing the Roasting Intelligence (RI)
The Roasting Intelligence (RI) automatically syncs when logging in and shutting down.
By clicking on the Synchronize button, you can manually synchronize the Roasting Intelligence (RI) with the online platform C-sar.
💡 You can also see when the Roasting Intelligence (RI) was last synced on the top of the screen.
Roasting Intelligence (RI) will also work offline. As soon as you connect again to the internet, all roasts, green inventory, and schedules will be synced automatically.
Contacting Customer Support
In case Roasting Intelligence (RI) does not sync, we recommend you do the following:
- Check the internet connection and sync again.
- Close and restart the Roasting Intelligence (RI) app.
If you have completed the first two steps below and the Roasting Intelligence (RI) still doesn't sync, we recommend you contact Customer Support.
By following the steps below you can easily submit a ticket to Customer Support via the Roasting Intelligence (RI):
- Navigate to the Support button on the top left side of the screen.
- Enter the following information:
* is indicating mandatory fields- *Subject
- *Description
💡 If you've already been in touch with a Cropster employee, please refer to the person you've been in touch with in the description field. Please note that TeamViewer requests will only be accepted after assessment of the problem and upon appointment with your Cropster support person.
- Submit.
If you choose to contact Customer Support via our contact form, you need to attach the log files manually.
